The landscaping and horticulture in Quail Ridge make it special

 

The immaculately landscaped grounds include dozens of varieties of trees and flowers and a plethora of birdlife.  Quail Ridge is named after all the Quail which lived among the wildlife on the land. In 2006, Quail Ridge became a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. Quail Ridge has a Garden Club with more than 100 members to assist Quail Ridge’s Horticulturist and the club’s landscaping crew. This beautiful community offers miles of biking & walking paths nestled among countless trees & flowers.

 

Originally planned to be a major tennis facility, the focus soon changed to golf. There are two challenging 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Joe Lee. 

 

The clubhouse features both formal and casual dining, lounges, terraces, card rooms, private party rooms, wood-finished locker rooms and a fully stocked pro shop.  Membership options include both golf & social memberships. There is a modern, free-standing state-of-the-art Health & Fitness Center on the grounds which includes strength equipment, cardio machines, yoga and aerobic programs.  Certified trainers are available.

 

The Clubhouse offers fine dining, dancing and special events in the elegant and spacious Main Dining Room and casual dining in the Quail’s Nest Grille & Terrace.  The private party salon, card rooms, library, gallery, wood paneled locker rooms and a beautifully stocked pro shop complete the picture. In addition to regular entertainment at the clubhouse, member activities include the Garden Club, Computer Club, Arts and Crafts Club, bowling league, gin rummy and bridge tournaments, the library and regularly scheduled theater and cultural trips.
